Please Help: Personal Bless Deeds

I have a personal bless deed. If I use a name change token will the bless still work? It is a yes or no question but no one at ea responds so maybe one of you knows. If so thanks for the help!

The only thing that won't change is the name on your piece of AoS clothing that came with the deed.
