Well, I am not the most renowned expert but I have learned that it is important to look for to aspects: "fit" (things fit together) and "intensity". Fit in this case is nice, its a classical spellcaster constellation. Intensity is "sub-optimal", beacuse you could get MR 3 or 4, SDI 15 or 18. LRC 25 and LMC 10. This, however, does not make the piece worthless, as you got EP nicely high and FCR. So, there might be people out there willing to pay a nice sum. But dont ask me how much - I am in 99 % of the cases wrong about the value of items, hehehe...
