Lets be honest a single player should not be able to take down a dragon in 5 hits...they are a real challange for a couple/few players.......well done devs...now lets nerf some other monsters to hit harder and take less damage..

[/ QUOTE ]I assume you mean 'buff' rather than 'nerf'?

I dont think anyone has much of a problem with these in PvM, whether wild or tamed. Its the lack of foresight by the devs regarding their impact on PvP that has people hot under the collar.

I can't see them being nerfed in PvM... players will hopefully be left to learn to adapt instead

In PvP it's being looked at via pet balling etc first by the sounds of it. So again I don't see a fix brought in.

[/ QUOTE ]I agree. I like the new dragons. I think even the normal dragons shouldn't be soloable. With that I add that the new dragons shouldn't be tamable at all or require a tamer with 120/120 in real skill in Taming/Lore.

I am currently delighting in having a pet that can hold its own against a paragon balron, he's opened up an area of the game for me where I didn't dare venture before. Though I've so far shied away from testing him against a paragon ancient wyrm.

I also have the skill to fully support and control him, with 3 x 120 real skill.
