Please Devs - Catskills Moonglow Spawn stuck

It has been this way since the beginning of the event. There are red hatred NPCs in town, recall is blocked, Sherry the Mouse tells of trouble there, but there is NO spawn nor a crimson dragon anywhere. It has been searched extensively by many, many people. I personally go there everyday to check to see if anything has changed, but it has not. Its a shame because only 3 cities can spawn at a time and we only have one because apparently the undead of Magencia is also counting as one.

I know this probably will not help, but please Devs look into this, it would be much appreciated!

Yesterday (about noon EST) on Catskills, I found the Crimson Dragon in Minoc (Falsehood NPCs) with nobody else around, while Skara Brae (Cowardice NPCs) was under attack.

The town crier in Luna said the invasions were in Magincia, Skara and Moonglow.

I also check Moonglow daily (was twice, now once) and have never seen an invasion Crimson Dragon there since the update last week, but the hatred NPCs stay put. Either the CD wandered very far out into the bay, or the invasion is, in fact, stuck.

I'd like to know which.

The Crimson Dragon is not anywhere in Moonglow. It has been searched extensively, many times. The spawn in Moonglow is stuck.
