Hello all of Baja,

I started playing UO in 2000, and had stopped back in 2002. I just started playing again have been on a couple of weeks now.

I was surprised that my accounted was still in existenced even though it had hadnt been active for about 8 years. I pretty much started off right where I left off. The only difference is I dont know anyone in game and was wondering If there is a way to link up with fellow players.

Since that was the main reason for keeping me playing those years ago. Would really like to be involved again for being gone a long time

Welcome back . Most folks hang out at Luna or Britain Bank depending on the time of day . Nice that your account and characters were intact when you activated . Skills aren't that difficult to master these days only requires a bit of focus and dedication or unless you have someone to do it for you!

It's easier than ever to talk to fellow players nowadays with the Global Chat command. Try it out by enabling chat and then typing a comma before speaking to address everyone on the shard.

thank you for those who replied to my post. There are a few things that I would like to get involved with again. Im a fan of roleplaying and if there are any strong roleplaying guilds that are frequently active I would like to participate. but as for the next few weeks im going to be in a transitioning phase.

Im in the military and as I said in the first paragraph for a few weeks i wont be able to play as much as I would like... Going to the field starting this weekend for a week and then will be out processing Ft. Gordon and then heading down to Ft. Hood. So it might be hit or miss here in the near future

Shameless plug: Also, every two weeks, Baja hosts the all-shard tavern night. It's a great chance to meet other roleplayers, both from Baja, and elsewhere. Next is tomorrow night, June 8th, at the Golden Brew at 6:00PM PST. Rune is locked down in the Baja Welcome Brigade Community Center, in NW Luna.

Really, anytime you get bored, post on here that you're looking for something to do and roughly when you're available. We've a multitude of talented, active forum trolls who can fill you in on the latest goings-on.

I have also been blessed to catch up with a few old friends.
