I really doubt they will.

And reponds are quasi-humans like orcs, not actual humans. (I think)

I think the reason that repond(humanoid) slayer doesn't work on humans or elves will be the same reason that gargoyle/demon slayers won't work on PC Gargoyles. Despite the fact that undead slayers effect PC Vampires and other necro forms? Those are togglable forms, they have partial slayer exposier because it's a choice that players can make.
