Player written books - How to secure?

I am planning on writing a few books and locking
them down for public view in my house, however
I would need to make sure noone will be able to
edit the contents since it's obviously time consuming.

I have been searching everywhere for information
on this (I remember the blue ones used to be un-
editable once locked down but I think this is nolonger
the case). I also seem to recall there was implemented
a sealing wax or somesuch with wich you could secure
a book from ever being edited again?

UO.com or FAQ site does not seem to contain any info
on this, neither does stratics, uoguide nor google
(go figure) - If anyone could help me out finding this
info that'd be grand!

I'm also hoping I can still have my books dyed different
colors even though I seal them?

If you didn't want to buy them you could grow them yourself. They grow on Bright-Red elephant ear plants, ponytailpalms, and century plants.
