I have spent a lot of time searching for info on this.. I finally find out they are working again, so I purchase a code, only to find out the shard that I want to transfer from (Europa) has the promo code option unavailable from the help menu?
Does anyone know anything about why this is? I went over to the shard I am transferring to, and the promo code option worked there as it should.
I page a GM for info, and get sent to the EA support site.. COME ON! Needless to say, there is NO info on it.
Is Europa using a different publish or server version? How can I even find this out. Why does EA just ignore letting us know these things.
I page a GM again, after no results from the first response.. and guess what? I got the same response again.. go to EA support site.
I call EA support line, and guess what? the automated operator only ends up saying he's sorry he cant help, and AGAIN with the 'go to EA support website' that has NO helpful info past retrieving a password.
What to do from here.. sure, could be a matter of hours and it will work as it should.. but, it could be days, weeks, months..
