A big welcome to Player Event Coordinator (PEC) Wraith.

She has taken over ownership of the wedding chapel that is located next to the EM office. It is now her office.

With this change, the mailbox at that building is for PEC Wraith only. EM Crysania's mailbox is at the Rewards Hall in Malas.
