We've been...very, very busy.

Our patches have been jam packed with system improvements, quality of life fixes, and new features galore. We have been going all out, and we hope you like what you've seen.

The most recent patch was HUGE and it's currently on our test server. How big was it? It totally overhauled melee combat, as well as a few things like "added the first pass at a fast travel system" and more. The whole thing was such a big deal that we had our lead designer write up a blog post explaining our thinking: http://www.legendsofaria.com/the-combat-overhaul/

Now we have a favor to ask all of you who have backed us and supported us, and as such have access to the game: Will you log in this weekend and try what we've done so far?

Log in to our main server and try everything but the most recent patch, or log in to Test to try out the new combat, but either way, we're running a contest! For every hour you are playing the game this weekend, either on the official server or the test server, you will have one “entry” into the contest. Play one hour? One contest entry. Play for 20 hours? Twenty entries. On Monday morning, we’ll put all the entries into the metaphorical hat and pick one at random to win a free account upgrade to a Lord pack (an $89 value). And if you already have a Lord pack, or better via Kickstarter, you and I will chat and we'll make sure you feel rewarded
