We'll need a bit more information to find the cause of that problem.

For starters, how are you connected to the Internet? Are you on dial-up, cable, or DSL, and if one of the latter is it directly or through a router?

Are you on a PS2, PS3, or an Xbox360? What version of Windows do you have? Is there a firewall on? Can you browse the internet on that device? (you may not be on that device at the moment) Has it ever worked before?

It's been a couple days, anything new?
