Established on August 20, 2007 Kijustsu Anei Village is a place for Savages, Orcs, Mages, Necromancers, Unknown, Detectives, Undead, Drow and all walks of life. Maintaining an "Open Door Policy" welcoming anyone wishing to be a positive addition to the village and its community. Kijustsu Anei is a place that welcomes all walks of life and gives security and a place to call home for those who have none.

Kijustsu Anei Village became Independent from PaxOku City on September 15, 2009 for reasons unknown but rumors still circulate that Village Inhabitants simply went mad or diabolically evil. They would later go on to found the township of Kijustsu Anei Keys and along with Moria village to create the beginning foundations for one of the largest entities on the shard known as the Ethereal Void Imperium.
