[Fishing] Plain Crab and Lobsters?

Anyone know what the skill level is when the plain crab and lobsters slow down or stop showing up in the traps

Never. I use them for donations them at the Britain Library. :)

I am at 120 fishing, and I still get a bit over half as plain. Like Frarc stated, I use those for Library turn-ins.
