Placing House on TC1

If this has already been posted, I apologize for asking again but I didn't see it anywhere.

I made a char on TC1 and tried to place a house and got the message that the char has to be at least 15 days old to place a house. Is there a way around this on TC1? I can't test some things if I can't place a house. Thanks!

There is a moongate at W-Britain bank to allow houseplacement.
