[Buying] Place with load of storage

Hi all - I'm coming back for the umptieth time. All my chars have roughly 125/125 in both their backpacks and in their bank.
I need storage. Lots of it. In other words a new house.
I will try to make room for a houseplacement tool so I can wander around looking for spots (best thing with coming back - ah the memories of back in the days...).
But, would be great to see whats selling and how much the cost is.
It would also be great if the place in the future could work as a vendor spot. But yeah I know, location costs...
