Pirate Quest - Party broken...

We tried a week or so ago with 4 players, and yet again tonight with 3 players - but only quest holder gets gold and reward.

Today we tried that quest holder had party, or just was member of party. But - whatever we did, only quest holder get reward.

Party members dont get reward, and they all did equal damage to pirate.
