I'm going to give this amazing app a plug. I started using it not too long ago, and it flat out rocks. For those of you who may not be aware of this, or haven't checked it out, you absolutely should. It can, and will, save you hours of time planning that next character and/or suit.

For those of you who don't know what it is, it is like a souped up, custom spread sheet. You can import characters either from the enhanced client using Pinco's mod or his amazing UI, or from UO Assist, or you can create characters from scratch if you like.

There are drop down menus for every equipment slot from which you can pick any artifact in the game, to see how they work in your suit, or you can use his built in imbuing calculator to create custom imbued pieces. The application does all the math for you, and will show you what effect any change you make will have on your character, and you can even factor in the effects of many common buffs, such as divine fury, or protection.

One of my absolute favourite features can be found in the skills section. If you right click on a skill it will give you very good information on how to train that skill efficiently.

Pinco released this some time ago, and it has just flown under the radar for some reason. I can't believe that more people aren't making a fuss about this absolutely incredible application, and the ton of effort he must have put into creating it. And it is free, but he does deserve some compensation for his efforts, so if you can spare a few dollars, you could show your appreciation if you like.

When it was first released, I never seemed to be able to get it to work. I'll have to give it a second chance. Seems like a helpful tool. :)

Llewen, thanks for posting this. I didn't know Pinco's app did all you described, but I'm definitely going to give it a try now based on your review.

I had some issues with it as well, but most of the issues I had have been fixed. There are still one or two minor glitches for me, but nothing that breaks the editor.

I agree that it is a wonderfull application which I like a lot.

Though, I would like to see it capable of doing something which it currently is not possible.

That is, allow the user to enter the END result and have the application do the computations and suggest what items will get the player to reach that goal.

For example, say that I want an all 70s suit, with maxed out MR, LMC, 100% LRC, I enter these end results I want to get and the application would do all the calculations for me and find for me whatever items will get me to that end result using existing artifacts and closing in the gaps with imbued items.

So, an user would easily know what artifacts they will need to find and what items they will need to imbue in order to make the suit they want.

That would ease up so much headaches and reduce time to figure out the building of a suit.....
