From one of the abyss quests. I see them on vendors on atlantic for 20k to 1 mil per.
To the best of my knowledge, each colors can still be obtained via a quest for a small stack of ingots. You might find someone who doesn't want to bother with getting them themselves and be able to sell the set for 150-200k but I would disclose the origin so you don't end up with a customer feeling ripped if they are not aware. They are very cool decor for a smithy or crafting room.
