That question was asked when the Devs came to Origin last week:
Dukiss- ok next question, tokuno use dyes don't stack, thought they would.
Mesanna - All but the minors
Dukiss - yes did the 50 use ones?
Mesanna - We have that on our list to fix
So in answer to your question...no you can't stack them but they will be fixed.
