If I turn in 10 minors, I get one major. Do I get to choose the major or is it random? Also, I want the ice white dye, would i get to choose that item specificly?

I dont think pigments are available for rewards this year. If they are its the off color ones

No, these types of dyes (luna white) are no longer availible through this turn-in system.

i have alot of those major dyes, and a few extra luna whites, depending on what your offering, i may sell one

With SA we should be anle to craft dyes from plant colors, including white
