Is there a way to pick an animal form while running insted of it just doing the last one you picked?

What you can do is make a UOA macro, if you have it. It will say..

Use Skill
Menu Selection

simply delete the Menu Selection part, and somehow, UOA remembers your choice and will change on the fly, even if you've animal formed into something else after your initial macro, UOA still knows you first selected Llama or wolf or whatever. If you're standing still the menu will pop up to prompt another choice, but if you're running, it picks it for you. Try it and see .

When you're running it always picks the previous form even without a UOA macro.

Nothing sucks quite like deciding it's time to run away smashing your animal form macro and *poof* your a cute little kitty cat....

Correct. You can use UOA to set a macro for each of the different animal forms. You just have to stand still when you hit that macro or you will be forced into your last form.

Example:
--You are wandering in wolf form looking for a target.
--You shift back to human so you can use weapon specials and such to launch the attack.
--Things go bad, you get stammed and need to run. You decide to hit your UOA Ki'rin form macro to combat stamina problems while trying to escape...

If you stand still while casting, you will go to Ki'rin form. If you cast while running, you will shift to wolf form.
