my wife's phone - sprint (samsung epic) is now constantly playing sounds of birds and wildlife. i dont see any apps running and cannot find out how to shut off the sounds. its wearing down the battery bigtime.

these smart phones sometimes a bit too smart haha, i know several that have had the same or similar problem.

but im guessing you would have to look in the media player, maybe try turning the power off and back on.
