Phone support?

Do we still have phone support for Ultima Online or have they made it even more difficult for us to reach them these days? I have a guy wanting to come back and fire up some old accounts, but he can't remember passwords and he's not getting an email response. Naturally.

If anyone has a phone number handy, I'd be thankful if you'd share it!

A number isn't given but it asks to provide a number in the email to be called back... That's the best I could find.

[email protected] that works but you have to give them some correct information, account name, know some supporting information like credit card last used, or other specific information related to the accounts, also try linking them and have a master account already setup.

If he doesn't have some supporting information they will not respond.

Phone calls don't work anymore as far as I could tell when I recently had an issue with a dead email.

I think the above is the old outdated info for the old EA systems. I don't think there is a phone number to call - but try [email protected] for support. I think it is the best way to go now.

I did mine AFTER Broadsword but try both and let us know which works
