Allegedly none of the items on the Phoenix vendors dropped, therefore it is possible that only the 7 highlighted pieces of Phoenix armor on the ground floor may have dropped in this house.

Iam seriously thinking wether to put my own suits on mannequins instead of vendors so when the ineveitable happens someone will get the suits to contuine the UO lore
