Pets and Guards at Khaldun (Skeletal Dragons)

I know this is a little late, but why can't my Necromage bring Skeletal Dragons into Khaldun? I can't get them past the Guards at the entrance to the camp.

No more infused resources. Any weapon works there now. I think Khal still drops masks. We killed him at 10 after midnight eastern and got masks. But that needs verified cause he spawned before it ended.
