Can pet costumes be used on multiple pets, like on one Cu, take it off one and put it on a different dog?

You could on TC so I would hope you could on reg shards.
No you couldn't unless you transferred the dog or release it.
On test center we got 5 at once. If you used the saint. It was gone from your choices on another dog.
The dog keeps the costume until the dog is no longer yours.
