Pet Bonding Question

i have a friend i can get a nightmare from.I have no taming skills on the char i want to transfer to.I have a tamer that i can transfer skill to via soulstone.
Can i transfer skill to him, accept pet, bond the pet then transfer the taming skill back to my tamer and retain my bonded status?
Some say i need the taming skill to keep the pet, some say not so if it's bonded.I see quite a few sampires with decent pets,i assume that helps them fight but i know they can't have high taming and be a sampire too.

thanks

You must maintain the minimum taming throughout the bonding process. If you remove the taming skill - regardless of whether your pet is bonded - your pet will no longer obey your commands. The more commands you give it, the more quickly it will lose loyalty until it unbonds and goes wild.

If you want to have a decent pet without any taming skill (a pet loosely equivalent to a nightmare), you should consider purchasing a vollem in a crystal. These pets bond instantly, have no taming requirement, and have similar stats and skills to a nightmare.

If you see a sampire on a black steed, don't assume that it is a nightmare. There are still quite a few black horses out there - they're nothing more than black-hued horses. Also, any sampire worth his weight will not be riding a horse, but a swamp dragon fitted with a GM-made barding deed. Armored swamp dragons decrease the amount of damage your character takes.

Thanks Syrus,he said he would tame a swamp dragon for me and i can bond with that since they don't require any taming skill to bond.
Sounds like a winner to me but dang the are so big and ugly!

Hehe, yes they are, but once you put a dragon barding deed on him, I think you'll see its utility.
