Pet bonding on Test Center?

Is there a gate or something similar on TC that you can walk through to bond a pet? If so, where is it located?

Also curious if there is a gate that lets you instantly go to knight in the various useable virtures, like Honor and Sacrifice.

Not sure about the virtues, but there's normally a pet bonding gate either by Haven stable or at WBB.
