DOH! Disregard this. Just realised theres a distinction between personal and item bless deeds. Obviously the personal ones cant be traded, but whats the score with the item bless deeds?

personal bless deeds can be traded, just not used by the person and if they are on items they cannot be traded in a trade window, but can on a vendor.
