Personal Bless Deeds & Name Change Tokens

If I have a character with a personal bless deed and I use a character name change on him will the personal bless deed change too?

If it doesn't would a gm be able to resolve it?

My husband changed his mule twice... new name then decided he liked the old better, so... As soon as he used the deed again it changed the name to the new name with no problem both times. Hope it works as well for you
