Personal bless deed

I have for all my chars a personal bless deed. It's a deed very old, after the aos adventure.
But for a the quiver of rage it's not work. And it's a no bugged quiver
It works for all cloths, armours, weapons... but not fot the quiver. Why? It's a bug???

more then likely it considers it a container like a bag so cannot be blessed
