Personal Bless Deed & Character Name Change

What happens to my existing personal bless deed if I change my character's name with a name change token? Will I still be able to use it?

The name will change on the deed to the new name, and it will work fine.

I've already had this occur.

Unfortunately, the name on your AOS gift item (clothing, roses, etc.) that came with the PBD will not change.
