Personal Attendant bug

I have had a personal attendant up in my house for months now with no problems until this morning when I logged on to find her following me around. I tried to redeed her with no luck. I finally logged out and back in and she disappeared, but the deed was in my pack. So I went back to my house to place her again only to find her there. Any ideas??

Try redeeding the one that is there.
See if you get a deed or not.

You get the deed back, but can only use one at a time.

This happened to me too, twice actually. There is no point in having two deeds for the same character. So its just plain annoying...
