PermaStat Loss for Cu Sidhe ??

i have a huge question, i noticed that when my Cu sidhe dies, he loses .1 on all stats, magery, wrestling, eval......etc... And over a period of a week , not ONCE have i seen ANY of those .1's come back. So again i ask, Once he dies and loses a .1 , is that perma or does he eventually skill that back up. Perhaps i'm not fighting mobs tough enough to raise his stats back up, i been using him to kill other dogs, hoping to find a really nice/rare one. Any suggestions / answers to this most puzzling question are very much appreciated as usual =)))) I"m asking if they come back because as in such things as dragons and nightmares, you can "train" their stats up, stats such as magery, wrestling,eval, med, resisting spells. Btw, pets are now in their 120's for stats, but they were in their 130's. Will they ever train back up to what they were ??? Thanks for any input everyone !!

I'm pretty sure pets always lose stats when they die. It would be considered permanent loss, because it's not going to come back.

Pets do lose .1 in every skill when they die, but it can be trained back up, Cu's can go to GM in every skill they have. Be glad this is not the old days, pets used to lose up to 1 full point in each skill when they died, and that was a pain to re-train.

Or the REALLY old days when pets died and stayed dead!
