Percolem Quests, Need Help!

I posted this in the "Stygian Abyss" board but there isn't much traffic there so...

I have moved up to the next level and I am having trouble finding the things I need to kill.

1.) Maddening Horrors- I read that they are in the Stygian Abyss, but does anyone have a specific location? Its kind of a big place to run around looking for them.

2.) Putrid Undead Gargoyles- There is no info on these in the Hunter's Guide or on UOGuide.com at all. They are not the same thing as Putrid Undead Guardians (I tried those in the King's Tomb). And I believe there are only Undead Gargoyles in the Champ Spawn.

Me and my guildmates are pretty frustrated looking for these so any info would be helpful.

the gargs are in the Tomb of the King & the Horrors are in the abyss down with the snakes near that sacrificial alter.

There seems to be some crossing on things between two monsters:

Putrid Undead Guardians (Tomb of Kings)
and Undead Gargoyles (Medusa Peerless room or level 3 of one of the champ spawns).

I have heard the Undead Gargoyles referred to as Putrid Undead Gargoyles, but have never actually seen that name in game. Try the Medusa peerless room and you'll probably find what you need. They spawn as stone statues that she releases during the fight.

yes the maddening horrors lurk just across the bridge at Medusas shrine. the putrid undead gargs i have yet to find but they say they rarely spawn alongside medusa. ive only seen reg undead gargs so far. and the other quest he offers on that level are Dream Wraiths they are tier 4 of a new champ. would love to hear confirmation on where exactly the putrid gargs are.

perc says putrid undead gargoyles and not guardians, he also says they sicken you when you approach, so id think theyd pop a message up when ya get near the right monster saying something about feeling sick. hard to say. ive never tried killing an undead gargoyle while on the putrid quest, maybe they will count

I have killed the putrid undead at the tomb of kings while on the quest and can confirm that they DO NOT count towards the quest.
