Hi guys, I can't seem to find Norton the fisherman at the New Haven docks on Great Lakes.. anyone know where he moved too?

Might have had the same thing happen to him that happened to Elwood McCarrin. He disappeared for a few weeks even after Mesanna had mentioned that his disappearance had been "fixed".

So, I sent a PM to Mesanna, which she replied telling me that Elwood would return the next day. Next day... Yo! Elwood... how was the holiday? Back to his same shenanigans...

Give the PM thing a try and see if it helps out...
