Quick question,
Do you need to have a Runebook that you are copying in your backpack or can you copy a book that is locked down as long as you have 16 Mark Scrolls, 16 Blank Runes and an empty Runebook?

No. Unfortunately, you cannot copy a runebook unless it is in your backpack. I wish it were possible, then the tool would be really worth having. As it is now, it is more trouble than it is worth.

Does the Pen here actually recall to each location in order to mark, or is it able to copy the runebook without all the recalling?
