1. Can it be recharged or is it done once the initial charges run out?
2. Is is one charge used per runebook or one charge used per rune in the runebook?
3. If you have used one already, do you have any words of WISDOM to share about the pen of wisdom?

1) Cannot be recharged
2) 1 charge per book (so 1 pen will make 100 copies)
3) As with any crafting, have all your materials ready in your main pack (empty runebooks, blank runes, marke scrolls)
