Peerless keys

While I've had little success with the peerless themselves, I do like to hunt in areas where the peerless keys are found. Specifically, I like to collect the dreadhorn keys and Travesty's keys. This usually makes people I run into very happy, as I offer them my collected keys the second they show up (and every once in a while, they offer to let me help with the peerless in question).

However...

Every once in a while, like tonight, I slay many of the creatures that usually bear the keys and find nothing. I just killed 10 high executioners in the Citadel, who sometimes drop a key with every death, and have found nothing but a boat load of gold. Granted, I'm not complaining at my new found wealth, but I do wonder why the high executioner, master thief, Silk and that other spider aren't dropping the keys they're supposed to be dropping.

I wish you were in my guild. Most of the people in my guild/alliance always want to go do peerless, but are never willing to go key anything except Mel...and that to me does not count as keying, just because it's more of a quest thing that you can do as you please.

I have noticed the keys overall don't seem to drop as often as they did 6 months ago. But I think the drop rate is good as it is. DH and trav still drop often enough to do multiple runs.
