Not sure if you are in a guild, but in most cases without being a guild you won't find a group normally.

I'm expertly familiar with working all the keys for every peerless and have a ton of knowledge on different hunting locations. Some are rather fun I think...just due to the fact how dangerous they can quickly become.

Not sure if that answered your question. Back in the day you could randomly find people. I don't know about now.
