I don't know if anyone would want it in place of an ornament or not, but probably, so I'd guess 15m (bit higher than ornament).

Generally speaking, all mage bracelets tend to sell for less than an orni. It's a nice one, so I'd place it around 7-10 mil. The reason being an orny + 0/3 EP ring is super cheap these days, while with that bracelet you'd have to find a matching ring as well.
