I have seen it as much as 12 million on a luna vendor, but I would escpect a good price would be between 3 and 5 million. It is very hard to come by.

Is exodus lair the only rare one? I thought maybe blackthorne's castle was rare too? maybe not as rare; but jus checkin =p

blackthorn, Oak tavern, Choas, and the Lair one are all keepers

Exodus Lair is the rarest, Blackthornes Castle and I think Twin Oaks are the next rarest. Very hard to place a price on the set cause they are extremely slow movers.
