PC on 'Unknown' deed >PIC<

Looking to see if this is worth anything, I know its sort of rare to see..
When I go to use it in a house, it says This deed does not seem to be for anything. Ive had it for a couple years like this so, its not new at all.

I've bought several from 100k-250k on europa. Just an odd ball thing. Also, i understand, if you use it, it will lose it's unknown title, gaining the title of what it is, and thereby losing any rarity at all.

No, it isn't actually for anything at all. When they made an update (sometime after AOS) server side the next day if you logged in (making something on your crafter first) and hit "make last" on your tool it spit those out.
