PC on this PvP mage suit

Hello I would lik eto get apriccing on this PvP mage suit

Resists:
70 phis
70 fire (70 when corpsed skin)
70 cold
70 poison (61 when corpsed skin)
70 energy
(this is with magic reflect on)

Mods:
100 LRC
40 LMC
4 MR
2/6 FC/FCR
15 SDI
60 DCI (DCI still 35 when hit with HLD)

Could drop either book or shield for chuggin. If done:
1) drop book, my LMC will go down to 32 and lose the 15 SDI
2) drop shield, (need to cast reactive aurmor) my poison stays at 70 but goes to 56 when corpsed skined. DCI now is 45
if i were to chugg potions which one would u recomend?

What do you think a suit like this might be worth?
