PC on some rares

Hello Guys: I am not really sure if all of thse are rares but please help me out with the pricing for these items.

1) Recall Rune (upside down)
2) Pitcher
3) Mini House Deed - Small Stone Keep
4) Mini House Deed - Tower
5) Barrel Hoops
6) Rock
7) Mallet and Chisel (none usable)
8) Cloak (facing west)

5) Barrel Hoops - not rare haven quest item (might be different graphic, go get one and compare) (note2: could be the crafted one too, check that also, server is down atm, I can't do it for you.)
6) Rock - daily spawn 2-5k

5. These can be crafted. I just checked and my tinker can just make them.

Pitcher is devalued from ML, so maybe 15ish? Mallet and chisel I see quoted a lot at 1m, but it is a tough sale I believe.

i've never seen a recall rune like that. would expect a lot more than a mil for it.
