[Price Check] pc on some clothes

(baja) did an idoc and came across an orangish jester hat,kilt,and short pants crafted by xxxxx,,,,,,,,,when you put your courser on it, it reads,,,,,green jester hat,or green kilt and green short pants..........anyone know of these or am i missing something obvious?....thanks
