I normally don't dare disagree with Trey, but I've sold several [exceptional] armor parts for ~2m.
So I'd dare say that some people will pay more.

Aye i have to agree with that....some ppl pay more for this type of stuff....i just recently had a cpl bags of this stuff and thats what i sold mine for =/

i think the PC is kinda low on a buckler cause i sold a silly pewter mug dbl exceptional and made by for 5 mils

It's not the double exceptional tag that makes this desirable it's the "made by" tag. Collectors of such usually want more than one piece made by the same person though.

There are, on europa, a lot of these and mortars made by oceana. You will find them on auction on most wednesdays, and in a luna shop, so I guess it kind of dimishes their value, at least on the local market.

One crafter seems to have been clever and stocked bagfuls

I agree. Maybe on other shards they can be worth 2m, but Europa is flooded with this Fultes-stuff , so a few 100k tops.
