I have a swords guy so I'm considering selling this but need to know a ballpark idea of worth. Any help would be appreciated.

I'ld say no more than 200k-500k.

It doesnt have ssi, and even though the base speed of a leafblade is 2.75, you would need high stam to bring that down to 1.5 or lower, and ideally your armor should be comprised of lmc, mr, & mi which doesnt leave room for mods like stam regen or stam inc.
