I think its hard to set a definite price on them, its more how bad the person wants buying is willing to pay and it varies quite a bit. I personally would think 35mil to be high however.

35mil definitely sounds too high. I could scour luna and buy all the scrolls right now for under 10mil in all likelihood. and that's without even looking for the best bargains.
