PC on decent HCI shield (SC/9/13/12/4/3/3/4)

Hi all,

I have had this shield for quite a while, the only decent shield i successfully enhanced. I don't use it and will sell it but not sure of the value. I am on Oceania too..

Spell Channelling
Reflect Physical Damage 9%
Hit Chance Increase 13%
Defence Chance Increase 12%
Phys: 4%
Cold: 3%
Poison: 3%
Energy: 4%

ild probably price it around 10-15, bit im sure someone would feel you could get more, or that its to expensive, just where i would put it.
